How to choose the right service
If you’re ready to dive deep and want structured, ongoing support, 1:1 Coaching is the most comprehensive option. If your schedule is busier or you need flexibility, 1:1 Flexible Coaching could be a better fit. For those who prefer written reflection, Email Coaching provides space to process at your own pace. If you just need quick clarity and direction, the Recovery Audit is a simple one-off option. And if you’d rather learn independently, the Course gives you tools and guidance to work through in your own time.
