Our monthly Parent & Carer Support Group offers a compassionate, informative space where you can gain understanding, guidance, and connection while navigating this challenging journey.

What the sessions include

Each session is structured to provide practical guidance and emotional support:

Monthly Topic Presentation

Each month focuses on a new subject related to eating disorders and recovery.

Topics may include:

  • Understanding eating disorder behaviours

  • Responding to challenging conversations around food

  • Supporting weight restoration

  • Managing your own emotions as a carer

Q&A Time

  • Ask anything you’re unsure about in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Receive guidance from an experienced coach and learn from the experiences of others.

Group Discussion

  1. Share challenges, reflections, and experiences if you feel comfortable.

  2. Connect with others who truly understand the journey.
