“Working with Lucy enabled me to get out of a relapse that was quickly taking over my life. It was good being pushed to work on things that on the outside would look like normal eating or just ‘she doesn’t eat that’ but deep down I knew we’re eating disorder things. I really benefited from Lucy being able to understand the thoughts I was having, from experience and I found it much easier to take advice on board from Lucy that I have in the past from professionals who don’t understand what it feels like. The constant tailored support especially at the start when was using WhatsApp as well as coaching sessions really kept me on track when I had doubts about making the right decisions and needed reassurance. Having someone there to encourage breaking food rules and challenging myself was helpful as NHS / traditional help is always focused on getting you to minimum healthy weight and small prescriptive meal plans that usually don’t make you face all of your fears. I never felt judged, no matter what crazy things were coming out of my mouth. Lucy understands.”

“Lucy helped me rebuild my life after it had been shattered by mental illness. I achieved so much whilst working with Lucy, and there isn’t anyone I would have rather had by my side throughout it all. I learnt how to have a healthy relationship with food and my body, and also how to look after others aspects of my mental health. I am now looking forward to continuing with my life, whilst using all the skills that Lucy has taught me. Before I started coaching, I had a warped perception of what a ‘healthy’ relationship with food and my body looked like. Through coaching, I have delved deeper into my own thoughts and beliefs about food and my body, and managed to break down those barriers (some of which I didn’t even know were there!). Coaching has allowed me to gain insight into my own mental health, and I am almost certain that I wouldn’t be in the position I am today if it wasn’t for Lucy and her coaching.
Lucy helped me save my own life. Her kind, attentive attitude made me feel so safe in her hands, and her honest approach was just right for me. Lucy helped me to rebuild my life after it had been shattered by mental illness, and I am now looking forward to continuing my journey with all the skills that she has equipped me with. I am so grateful for the support that she has given me, and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else by my side throughout it all. Lucy really is an amazing person, and anyone is privileged to get to work with her.”

“I have worked with several therapists in the past and Lucy has been the only one who I truly felt helped me. Since Lucy has struggled with an eating disorder herself, I found it easier to open up to her without fear of being judged, Lucy understands us and is aware of lots of topics that we struggle with, rather than just the common symptoms that are written in a book. One of her part of coaching that I found super helpful was her WhatsApp support. I struggle a lot with obsessive anxious thoughts everyday, so rather than having to wait until a full week to get support, I could just text Lucy to be able to deal with them. Lucy helped me overcome a lot of ingrained anxious thoughts regarding my eating disorder which were hindering my recovery. When I get these thoughts now, rather than just listening to them and spiralling down in a negative anxious cycle followed by restriction, I am able to rationalize them. I am so grateful for Lucy’s support, she has helped me work on finding my identity outside my eating disorder, creating a relapse prevention; I now have even more motivation to recover. I feel that, both mentally and physically I am in a lot better place compared to when I first started working with Lucy, I couldn’t thank her enough.
Lucy’s coaching has helped me keep accountable during my recovery journey and created structure. I was lucky enough that I was still able to continue my sessions during impatient treatment. So when I was stuck in a not very motivating environment, Lucy’s sessions and support helped me remember that there is life outside all of this, and that I have an identity outside my eating disorder, and for me that was the thing that has helped me keep going.
I would recommend Lucy’s coaching to anyone struggling with an eating disorder, Lucy is such a lovely person to have as a coach, and she truly is your biggest supporter as you go through your recovery journey.”

Lucy has helped me to understand how to navigate my way out of the cycle of binging and purging. It was so comforting to know I had someone to turn to who just got it! As a male, I struggled to reach out for support for many reasons. When I came across Lucy on TikTok, I felt as thought she was talking directly to me. I have in the past struggled to approach people or services for help but I immediately felt comfortable speaking to Lucy, right from the consolation call. Lucy is fully of knowledge that she does not try to gate keep. There is never a question she won't answer or an excuse you get by her!!! Lucy was able to help me form a plan together to start eating in a way that served me rather than going against me. I can't lie in saying that it was really hard work, but I am so glad I did it. Lucy helped me to challenge my hunger in all ways - educating me on the science behind this all the way. She is very passionate about how there isn't a 'one size fits all approach' to recovery life I have seen in the past. She will be that push you need and able to keep you accountable all the way. I really loved how I could speak to her throughout the week via WhatsApp - this was something I had never come across before and my god, did it make a difference. I would highly recommend Lucy to ANYONE struggling with an eating disorder.

I was looking for support that would be different from what I had tried before. I was hoping this would be what I was searching for and it was! From working with Lucy as my coach, I now have a better understanding of what recovery looks like. This has changed my life. I had struggled with my eating disorder for most of my life and I wanted to find someone who could tell me straight what I needed to do. I knew I just had to trust Lucy and I did. I am now able to go out to eat with my family with the skills and support given to me by Lucy. Her knowledge really is the best I have come across and she will always have an answer for everything! I cannot thank her enough for what she has done to our family. It wasn't only me that suffered, but my family around me. Lucy has given us back freedom. I will be forever grateful.

Before beginning to work with Lucy, I was struggling to make any improvements with my eating disorder team and the generic support they were offering. Once I started working with Lucy, I can’t explain it but something just clicked. It was from that point on I was able to be accountable for my actions and begin to fight this awful illness.
I believe the main difference working with Lucy made... was I knew Lucy understood. I didn’t need to justify or over-explain what I was going through, how hard things were, what I was thinking... as she knew through her own struggles exactly what this was like and that itself was enough to enable me to do the hard work of recovery as I knew there was hope of recovery.
